The new generation of the "Reyes family"
SEVEN KINGS, The Family of Gipsy Kings, one of the most famous guitar families of our time. The start of generations of exceptional musicians was given by José Reyes, a flamenco legend. In the 1960s, his duet with the brilliant Manitas de Plata conquered an international audience. They gained recognition from the most important artists of the time and worked with celebrities such as Salvador Dali. José's sons, the Reyes brothers, translated into English by Kings, are the founders of the legendary group GIPSY KINGS.
Today, the musical heritage of the authors of hits such as "Bamboleo" and "Djobi Djoba" is taken up by the younger generation. SEVEN KINGS, The Family of Gipsy Kings which count for some members more than twenty years of career.
Patchai Reyes, lead guitar of the group is also a member of UNESCO.
